The IVF Guide is seeking a Nurse Manager (Fertility) for a London-based fertility clinic. You will lead the nursing team, oversee daily operations, and maintain high standards of clinical practice and patient care in a busy setting.

The role requires UK-based registration with the NMC, proven leadership, and strong communication and commercial skills to support clinic performance and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be UK-based and registered with the NMC.
• Experience in fertility/IVF services.
• Qualified and experienced in ultrasound monitoring.
• Previous leadership or management experience within a clinical setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of clinic performance.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to lead, mentor and support a multidisciplinary nursing team.
• High attention to detail with excellent clinical governance awareness.
• Strong IT and administrative skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy, patient-focused environment.
