Responsibilities

• Create great customer experiences from first contact to delivery of their vehicle
• Build knowledge of products and services; represent the brand with pride
• Lead sales process, drive enquiries for new/used cars, convert leads to sales
• Deliver complete packages; upsell accessories, extended warranty and finance
• Provide compliant financial advice per FCA regulations
