Job summary

Stratstone Birmingham Land Rover is seeking a Sales Executive to join our automotive team. You'll represent a premium brand, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive both new and used car sales with leads handling and FCA compliance.

You’ll be rewarded with a £25,000 basic salary plus an OTE of £50,000, a 40-hour week, pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday and exclusive employee discounts. Full UK driving licence required.

Qualifications

• Experience in car sales or retail preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to upsell accessories and finance packages.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of new and used cars to meet targets.
• Convert leads into appointments and close deals with customers.
• Upsell on accessories, extended warranty and finance options.
• Provide accurate financial advice within FCA regulations.
