Job summary

Hawk Hiring in Tonbridge is seeking a Sales Executive for its luxury automotive showroom. You will create exceptional customer experiences from first contact through to handover, build deep product knowledge, and confidently present vehicles, warranties, and financing options.

This is a 40-hour week with a basic salary of £25,000 and an uncapped OTE of £50,000. Benefits include 33 days of annual leave (plus your birthday off), a pension, life assurance, a company car salary sacrifice, and staff

Responsibilities

• Creating exceptional experiences for customers from initial contact through to handover day.
• Building deep product knowledge to confidently present luxury vehicles, accessories, extended warranties, and finance options.
• Managing and converting new and used vehicle sales leads in line with FCA regulations and financial compliance standards.
• Safely handling and driving a wide range of luxury vehicles (Full UK Driving Licence required).
• Utilizing digital showroom systems and CRM software efficiently to manage daily customer leads.
