Here at Sense, we support people with complex disabilities to live the life they choose. We're looking for a Waking Night Support Worker to join our small, close-knit residential team in Seaton - one of Devon's most beautiful coastal towns, where the seafront is just minutes from the door.

Hours: Permanent, 10 hours per week

Pay: Sense is offering £13.00 per hour plus an additional night allowance.

Role: Waking night shifts mean you are awake and actively supporting throughout the night, ensuring the people we support are safe and comfortable until the morning team arrives.

Experience: Full training is provided, so no previous experience is needed - just the right values and a genuine desire to make a difference.

This role in Seaton might include supporting people with:

• Personal care and hygiene
• Medication and wellbeing
• Providing reassurance and comfort overnight
• Keeping accurate records and handover notes for the morning team
