Job summary

Priory is recruiting a female Support Worker for Levitt Mill and Barn near Maltby, on the outskirts of Rotherham, to support residents with learning disabilities and autism.

You will provide personal care, assist daily living tasks, and help residents participate in activities while maintaining accurate records as part of a compassionate team.

The role offers 30–40 hour contracts, £13.45 per hour, night shifts from 10pm to 8am with some weekend work.

Levitt Mill and Barn

£13.45 per hour

30 - 40 hour contracts available

Hours are 10pm - 8am with some weekend work expected.

Levitt Mill and Barn has an opportunity for a female Support Worker to join our team. Due to the needs of our residents, we can only consider females for this particular role.

Levitt Mill and Barn is located on the outskirts of the small town of Maltby, close to Rotherham. It offers residential support for 11 males and females, who have a learning disability and/or are autistic. We are located in a semi-rural setting, in a listed building with its own unique history, situated in the centre of its own grounds in a peaceful woodland setting at the side of a small stream.

We can also support those who have:

• Difficulties with communication
• Mild to moderate behaviour that may challenge
• Epilepsy

What you’ll be doing

You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our residents wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents.
