Job summary

Fitzwilliam Lodge in Rawmarsh, Rotherham, is recruiting a Support Worker to join our compassionate team. The role involves assisting residents with daily living, contributing to care plans, and supporting recovery.

You will work 36 hours per week across 3 x 12 hour shifts (days and nights) with a DBS check required. The salary is £13.45 per hour, and Priory Group provides training, career development, and a contributory pension.

Fitzwilliam Lodge

£13.45 per hour

Full Time – 36 hours a week split by 3 x 12 hour shifts working days/nights over 7 days

Fitzwilliam Lodge has an opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team.

Fitzwilliam Lodge is located in Rawmarsh, in Rotherham, and provides residential support for 16 males and females with mental health needs. Many of our residents come to us from hospital settings. Our team provide the people we care for with the skills needed for them to live a healthier and happier life back in the community.

We can also support those who have:

• A mild learning disability


• Mild to moderate behaviour that may challenge


• A forensic background


• Epilepsy


• Low level mobility needs

What you’ll be doing

You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our residents wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents
