Description

Do you have experience of supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or autism?

When you join us, you'll become part of an organisation which is CQC rated 'Outstanding'. Our team has won numerous national and local awards for leading the way in person-centered support.

About us

With us, you'll never be just a number; you'll be part of a close-knit team that genuinely cares about the people we support, and each other. About the role

As a Support Worker, you'll provide emotional and practical support to adults with learning disabilities and autism, helping them to live life their way.

We're committed to supporting our colleagues through regular check-ins, supervision, training, and ongoing communication, so you'll feel supported both personally and professionally.

No previous social care experience is required, as full training will be provided.

The shift patterns are (approximately, subject to change): 7.15am to 2.45pm, 2.45 to 10pm, 10pm to 7.15am. We need you to be as flexible as possible to cover these shifts within a small team, all dedicated to one person. If you are employed full-time, you will work 5 shifts over 7 days.
