Job summary

Voyage Care in St Albans is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to help people gain more independence in daily life within our supported living service. You will work as part of a friendly team, delivering practical care, encouraging community involvement, and supporting activities and socialisation.

No previous experience is required; we value a caring attitude, a willingness to learn, and a dedication to quality of life for the people we support.

• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.

Job description

Support Worker - St Albans - £13.31 per hour

Typical Shifts are: Between Monday - Sunday 07:00 - 22:00 / 22:00 - 07:00

As a support worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!

Our supported living service in St Albans is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You'll enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. One day you could be out with the people we support in local bars and pubs, the next you could be unwinding with them playing video games, watching films or going to the cinema.
