Priority Recruitment is seeking a female Support Worker for a 1-1 role in Baschurch supporting an 11-year-old girl with Cerebral Palsy and Epilepsy. You will help with daily care, school transport, and fostering independence in a family home and school setting.
The role requires compassion, reliability and prior experience with complex needs. A valid driver’s licence for an automatic adapted vehicle is essential. DBS fees are reimbursed and there are weekly shifts including day and night hours.

Waking night shifts: 18:30 - 06:30 (Monday, Wednesday & Thursday)

The service user is a wheelchair userand requires hoisting for all transfers
Waking night support is required due to nocturnal seizures and health anxiety
Bedroom monitoring is in place overnight
