Job summary

Cygnet Health Care Limited is seeking a dedicated care professional to join our team at Cygnet Ashbrook. The role involves supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs across a 42-hour week, including some weekend shifts. A full UK driving licence is required to drive service users to activities.

Responsibilities

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care.
• Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.
• Learn about individuals' specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way.
• Assist with medical & welfare needs.
• Report on medical & welfare needs as required.
• Safeguard all patients.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for all.

  42 hours a week (days and nights from 07:45am/pm until 08:00pm/am, including alternative weekends), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at
• Cygnet Ashbrook. Cygnet Ashbrook supports individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and behaviours that challenge. Individuals are supported to hold their own tenancy agreement with a registered housing association. Individuals who are interested in living here may have previously been admitted within a hospital setting and are ready for a step-down placement within their local community.
