Elysium Healthcare Limited is recruiting a Support Worker for Holkham House in Redhill. You will support adults with a learning disability, delivering compassionate care within a friendly team. The role offers a stable, permanent full-time contract with opportunities for development and training.

Location is Princes Road, Redhill. Shifts run from 7 am to 10 pm, 35 hours per week, with weekend work on a rota basis. Female support worker required to support female residents.

What you will be doing

You will join an inclusive and supportive team that works well together to provide care to adult people with a Learning Disability , using your knowledge and skills to help people along their recover pathway towards leading a valued and fulfilled life.

Your day-to-day will include providing overall care and support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene.

It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve because of your involvement, knowing that you’ve made someone’s life better.

This is a permanent full - time position, 35 hours a week contract, working on shifts between the hours of 7 am and 10pm, including weekends on a rota basis. This vacancy require female support worker to apply to support the female residents in the most efficient manner.

Where you will be working

Location : Princes Road, Redhill, Surrey, RH1 6JJ

You will be working at the Holkham House , a Learning Disability and Autism service that provides a specialist residential service for men and women with a range of learning disabilities, including autism and sensory and communication impairments.

The service is staffed 24 hours a day by a dedicated team ofSupportWorkers, led by an experienced Registered Manager.

Holkham is situated in Surrey and provides ten en-suitebedrooms, two lounges, a dining room and a large garden.There is an excellent range of community facilities andamenities close by including YMCA, Redhill Town Centre& shops, The Light Cinema as well as two train stationswithin walking distance.Redhill has direct train access to London and Brightonand the M25 and M23 motorways are 3 miles away.
