Elysium Healthcare Limited is recruiting a Support Worker for Holkham House in Redhill. You will support adults with a learning disability, delivering compassionate care within a friendly team. The role offers a stable, permanent full-time contract with opportunities for development and training.

Location is Princes Road, Redhill. Shifts run from 7 am to 10 pm, 35 hours per week, with weekend work on a rota basis. Female support worker required to support female residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in caring for adults with learning disabilities.
• Ability to provide personal care and support.
• Positive attitude, reliability and empathetic approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall care and support to residents.
• Assist with personal hygiene and daily activities.
• Work as part of an inclusive, supportive team.
• Follow a shift-based rota, including weekends.
