Job summary

Salary: £13.45 - £14.50 per hour (from April 2026) + mileage + bonuses

We are recruiting Support Workers to join our growing team, the day to day role of a Support Worker includes the following key responsibilities:

About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping clients live independently at home. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, medication)

  • Safe moving and handling of clients
  • Supporting clients with complex needs (Mental Health, Dementia, PEG, Stoma, and Catheter care)

As part of our role expectations and commitment to high-quality care, employees will be required to undertake and work towards completion of the Level 3 Adult Care apprenticeship qualification where applicable.
