The Camden Society is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Kidlington to assist adults with a learning disability. You will be part of an inclusive team, delivering person-centred support to help individuals achieve personal goals and live their chosen lives.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided; the role offers a stable schedule, opportunities for development, and a values-driven environment committed to quality care.

Location: Kidlington, Oxfordshire (OX5 area)

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full Time and Part Time

Salary: £14.06 per hour

Supporting people in their daily lives is varied and could include helping someone develop new skills, providing personal and emotional support, helping people plan and manage their own home, support with leisure, employment, individual interests and travel. This can be a fun and rewarding but also at times challenging and demanding role.

You maybe be supporting people in their own home or out and about in their community.
