Job summary

Thera Trust is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our inclusive team, helping adults with a learning disability live their best lives. You will provide personal and emotional support, help with daily activities, and support with community activities, employment, and travel, adapting to each person’s goals.

Full training is provided, a supportive environment, and opportunities for progression. A driving license is not essential but useful; we offer a stable monthly salary, pension, DBS

This can be a fun and rewarding but also at times challenging and demanding role.

You maybe be supporting people in their own home or out and about in your community.
