THERA TRUST is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities in daily living, skills development and personalised goals. You will provide personal and emotional support, work in homes or the community, and adapt care plans to individual needs.
No previous experience is required; full training is provided, with a strong emphasis on compassionate, effective communication and teamwork within a values-driven organisation.

This can be a fun and rewarding but also at times challenging and demanding role.
You maybe be supporting people in their own home or out and about in their community.
