The Camden Society in Kidlington, Oxfordshire, is seeking a Support Worker to join an inclusive team that helps adults with learning disabilities achieve personal goals. Responsibilities

• Support adults with learning disabilities in their daily lives, helping them achieve personal goals.
• Assist with developing skills, planning and managing home life, and participation in leisure and employment activities.
• Provide personal and emotional support and accompany individuals in community activities as needed.
• Work either in clients' homes or in community settings to promote independence.
• Observe and promote person-centred approaches and uphold the organisation's vision.

You maybe be supporting people in their own home or out and about in their community.
