Job summary

Avenues Group is seeking a Female Support Worker to join our team in Chertsey, supporting individuals with learning disabilities, Down syndrome and PICA, with a focus on high-level personal care, medication administration and daily living tasks.

The role involves rota-based shifts, full-time hours (39 per week), and working on-site in KT16 area. Salary is £25,845 per annum pro rata with extensive training, DBS, pension and wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or support roles preferred.
• Ability to follow care plans and maintain dignity and respect.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level personal care and daily living support.
• Administer medications as directed and monitor for side effects.
• Assist with household tasks and routine activities to promote independence.

£25,845 per annum (pro rata) / Full time 39 hours per week rota based shift work

Full UK manual driving license is required, due to the location of the service and the shift times.

We’re looking for Female Support Workers to join our team in Chertsey supporting individuals with learning disabilities, down syndrime and PICA. You would be supprting with all aspects of their personal lives from the time they wake up including high level of personal care, medication administration and household tasks.
