Avenues Group is hiring a Female Support Worker for our new Teddington Services to support adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, challenging behaviours and physical health needs.

You will help people with autism and challenging behaviours, assist with daily living tasks, and support community integration. Training is provided, including funded qualifications, with flexible, on-site work in Teddington.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism.
• Experience handling challenging behaviours.
• Willingness to undertake care-specific training and DBS checks.

Responsabilités

• Support adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, or physical disabilities to live independently.
• Assist with everyday tasks: shopping, cooking, money management.
• Encourage social connections with friends, family and community.
