Qualifications

• Demonstrate a commitment to providing high quality care and support which maximises independence, is anti-discriminatory, and adheres to relevant regulations and procedures (such as Adult Safeguarding).
• Ability to use available equipment to assist with moving and handling and to support people with complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care in a short breaks and supported living setting.
• Work as part of a team and independently; respond effectively to changing needs and rota schedules.
