Job summary

The Orchards at Cygnet, in Thorrington, Essex, is seeking a Night Support Worker to provide compassionate, patient-centered care across a 40-hour weekly night-shift schedule. You’ll support men with learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them achieve daily goals in a safe, respectful environment.

Successful candidates will undertake an enhanced DBS check and join a team that values development and flexible working options, with an emphasis on maintaining dignity and independence for

We are looking for a confident Night Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You'll be working 40hours a week (night shifts), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at The Orchards .

Based in Thorrington, Essex, The Orchards supports men with a learning disability, and those who have complex needs and behaviours.

We work with each person we support to ensure that their life is filled with activities they enjoy, whilst also supporting them to develop their life skills to enable them to live independently. Why Cygnet? We'll offer you £13.15 per/ hour starting, £13.45 per/hour post probation, and then £13.70 per/hour at 18 months.
