Job summary

Cera Care in Grays is recruiting experienced care workers to join our nurse-led team. You will provide compassionate, person-centred care to our clients in and around Grays, supporting daily living, mobility and wellbeing.

We offer comprehensive clinical training overseen by qualified nurses, flexible part-time shifts with weekends, DBS/PVG processed free, and access to career development pathways and staff benefits.

• Previous care experience is required.

We're recruiting experienced dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our nurse-led team at Cera to provide care to our clients in and around the Grays area.

You'll be providing care and support to our female and male clients with hobbies ranging from having their own tiktok and you tube channels to singing and having their nails done, whose individual needs include:

• Tracheostomy tube support
• Peg feeding
• Cough Assist therapy
• Stroke support
• Personal care
• Epilepsy

Shifts available

• Various shifts covering Days on a Part time basis with alternate weekends

We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team. We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.
