Cera Limited in Spalding is hiring experienced Care Workers to join our nurse-led team in providing compassionate care to clients in the area. You will support a male client with complex needs, including tracheostomy and peg feed, while maintaining dignity and safety.

We offer comprehensive clinical training, flexible shifts (full or part time), and an equal-opportunity, inclusive work environment. DBS/PVG checks and Right to Work in the UK are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in care settings desired.
• Must have Right to Work in the UK.
• DBS/PVG check and references will be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to clients in the Spalding area.
• Assist with personal care and household tasks per care plan.
• Work as part of a nurse-led team and follow supervision.

We're recruiting experienced dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our nurse-led team at Cera to provide care to our clients in and around the Spalding area. You'll be providing care and support to our male client Locked-in syndrome, whose individual needs include:

• Tracheostomy
• Peg Feed support
• Oxygen management
• Stoma support
• Cough assist
• Personal Care and household assistance

Shifts include

• Various shifts available for full or part time hours, covering days
• Alternate Weekends

We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team. We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.

• Previous experience
• You will be subject to a DBS/PVG check and references
• You must have the Right to Work in the UK
