Job summary

Cera Care is recruiting experienced Complex Care Workers to join our nurse-led team in the Sutton Coldfield (B74) area. You will provide hands-on care to clients with specific needs, including cough assist and oral suction, in a supportive home-care setting.

We offer comprehensive clinical training, 12-hour day and night shifts, and a generous benefits package. You must have a driving licence, be eligible to work in the UK, and be able to obtain a DBS/PVG check.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Experience in complex care preferred.
• DBS/PVG check and good references are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to clients in their homes within the Sutton Coldfield area.
• Work within a nurse-led complex care team to meet individual client needs (e.g., cough assist, oral suction).
• Demonstrate excellent communication, teamwork and independence in daily tasks.

We’re recruiting experienced dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Workers to join our nurse-led team at Cera to provide care to our clients in and around the Sutton Coldfield (B74) area.

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Complex Care Workers to join our dynamic complex care team. This role is ideal for compassionate professionals with experience working with nurse-led clients. You’ll be providing care and support to one of our clients whose specific needs include:

• Cough Assist support
• Oral Suction

Shifts include

• 12 hour Day Shifts from 9am to 10pm
• 12 hour Night Shifts from 9pm to 10am

We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team. We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.
