Job summary

Cera Limited invites experienced Care Workers to join our nurse-led team in the Doncaster area. You will provide care and support to our male and female clients with needs such as tracheostomy support, seizures, autism, and learning disabilities, under clinical supervision.

Role includes mornings, day and night shifts with occasional weekends. We offer comprehensive training, DBS/PVG checks, and a supportive environment focused on compassionate care and teamwork.

Job description

We're recruiting experienced dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our nurse-led team at Cera to provide care to our clients in and around the Doncaster area. You'll be providing care and support to our male and female clients, who's individual needs include:

• Tracheostomy tube support
• Seizures
• Autism
• Learning disabilities
• Medication management

Shifts include:

• Shifts covering mornings from 8am to 10am or 12hr days or 12hr nights with alternate weekends

We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team. We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.
