Cera Care is seeking experienced Care Workers in the Doncaster area to join our nurse-led team. You will provide compassionate care and support to male and female clients with diverse needs, including complex conditions, under supervision by professional nurses.

The role requires previous care experience, a DBS/PVG check with references, and the right to work in the UK. Shifts include mornings, days, or nights with weekend rotation, and extensive clinical training is provided.

We're recruiting experienced dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our nurse-led team at Cera to provide care to our clients in and around the Doncaster area.

You'll be providing care and support to our male and female clients, who's individual needs include:

• Tracheostomy tube support
• Seizures
• Autism
• Learning disabilities
• Medication management

Shifts include

• Shifts covering mornings from 8am to 10am or 12hr days or 12hr nights with alternate weekends

We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team. We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.
