Job summary

We’re recruiting experienced Care Workers to join our nurse-led team at Cera Limited to provide care to clients in and around Basildon. You’ll support female and male clients with activities such as reading, music therapy and sensory engagement, while managing needs including tracheostomy support, PEG feeding, epilepsy, suctioning, and medication administration.

Shifts include nights with full-time or part-time hours and alternate weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience preferred.
• DBS/PVG check and references required.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Excellent people skills and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to clients in Basildon area.
• Assist with tracheostomy support, PEG feeding, epilepsy, suctioning and medication management.
• Support clients with activities such as reading, music therapy and sensory engagement.
• Work on nights with full-time or part-time hours and alternate weekends.

We're recruiting experienced dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our nurse-led team at Cera to provide care to our clients in and around the Basildon area. You'll be providing care and support to our female and male clients with hobbies of reading, music therapy and sensory based activities and whose individual needs include:

• Tracheostomy tube support
• Peg feeding
• Epilepsy
• Suctioning
• Medication management
• Seizures

Shifts include:

• Various shifts covering nights on a Full time or Part time basis with alternate weekends

We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team. We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.
