Innovate Care Group is recruiting a Female Domiciliary Care Assistant to support an adult client in Littlehampton. The role offers flexible hours with a 16-hour guaranteed contract, requires recent UK home care experience, and is open to female applicants only.

You will work with the live-in care team to provide daily living support including personal care, and you will receive full training and ongoing development opportunities.

About the Role

We are looking for experienced Complex Care Assistants to support an adult male client in a long-term, stable placement based in a home setting. You will work alongside the live-in care team to support our client on a flexible basis.

This role would suit someone who has a warm, engaging approach, bringing positive energy and meaningful engagement into our client’s daily routine. You will support with daily living activities around the home such as personal care.
