Job summary

Innovate Care Group is recruiting a Female Domiciliary Care Assistant to support an adult client in Littlehampton. The role offers flexible hours with a 16-hour guaranteed contract, requires recent UK home care experience, and is open to female applicants only.

You will work with the live-in care team to provide daily living support including personal care, and you will receive full training and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 12 months of domiciliary care experience
• Compassion, professionalism, and reliability
• Good communication skills and IT confidence
• Understanding safeguarding is essential
• Ability to recognise deterioration in both psychological and physical health

Responsibilities

• Support an adult client with daily living activities and personal care in a home setting
• Collaborate with the live-in care team to provide consistent care
• Operate on a flexible basis with the client and care staff
• Contribute to a warm, engaging daily routine for the client
