Innovate Care Group is seeking experienced Live-in Carers to support an adult female client with complex care needs in a long-term home placement in the Chelmsford area. You will work closely with clinical leads, follow care plans, and engage in daily routines with warmth and professionalism.

About the Role

We are looking for experienced Live in Carers to support an adult female client with complex care needs in a long-term, stable placement based in a home setting. Our client is very sociable and enjoys engaging in regular friendly conversations.

This role would suit someone who brings strong complex homecare experience, has a warm, engaging and proactive approach with excellent communication skills. You should be confident in working within structured care plans while also bringing positive energy and meaningful engagement into our client’s daily routine.

• Medication administration
• Moving and handling
• Rectal management
• Cough assist
• Personal care

What We’re Looking For

• At least 12 months of home care experience including tracheostomy care and ventilation management which are essential for this role
• Compassion, professionalism, and reliability
• Good communication skills and IT confidence
• Hold an understanding of safeguarding
• Ability to recognise deterioration in both psychological and physical health
