Job summary

Innovate Care Group is seeking an experienced Live-in Carer to support an adult female client with complex care needs in a long-term home setting. The role features consistent shifts with one client and a supportive care team, including clinical leads and a dedicated care coordinator.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months of home care experience including tracheostomy care and ventilation management.
• Compassion, professionalism, and reliability.
• Good communication skills and IT confidence.
• Understanding of safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide live-in care to an adult female client with complex care needs.
• Follow structured care plans with a proactive, engaging approach.
• Deliver clinical tasks including tracheostomy care, ventilation management, PEG feeding, medication administration, moving and handling, rectal management, cough assist, and personal care.

About the Role

We are looking for experienced Live in Carers to support an adult female client with complex care needs in a long-term, stable placement based in a home setting. Our client is very sociable and enjoys engaging in regular friendly conversations.

This role would suit someone who brings strong complex homecare experience, has a warm, engaging and proactive approach with excellent communication skills. You should be confident in working within structured care plans while also bringing positive energy and meaningful engagement into our client’s daily routine.

Clinical skills required include:

• Tracheostomy care
• Ventilation management
• PEG feeding
• Medication administration
• Moving and handling
• Rectal management
• Cough assist
• Personal care
