Job summary

Innovate Care Group is seeking experienced Female Live-in Carers to support a client in a family home. You will work within structured care plans, bringing warmth, energy, and reliable engagement to daily routines.

Training includes online learning, clinical sessions, shadowing, and CPD to grow in a specialised care role. Role requires PEG feeding, bowel management, skin care, moving and handling, and seizure management, with continuous clinical support from leads and a dedicated care

Qualifications

• 12 months of complex care experience.
• Compassion, professionalism, and reliability.
• Good communication skills and IT confidence.
• Willingness to be part of a family-centred care team.
• Understanding safeguarding.
• Ability to recognise deterioration in both psychological and physical health.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for experienced Female Live in Carers to support our client in a family home setting.

This role would suit someone who brings strong complex care experience, has a warm, engaging approach and will be confident in working within structured care plans while also bringing positive energy and meaningful engagement into our client’s daily routine.

Clinical skills required include: PEG feeding, bowel management, skin integrity, moving and handling, and seizure management.
