Innovate Care Group in Ipswich is seeking an experienced Live in Carer to support an adult female client with complex care needs in a long-term, home-based placement. You will work with a structured care plan and engage in regular meaningful activities, delivering compassionate, person-centred support.

The role requires at least 12 months of home care experience, including tracheostomy care and ventilation management.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support adult female client with complex care needs in home setting.

• Provide tracheostomy care, ventilation management, PEG feeding, and medication administration.
• Work with clinical leads and care coordinator to ensure quality care.

About the Role

We are looking for experienced Live in Carers to support an adult female client with complex care needs in a long-term, stable placement based in a home setting. Our client is very sociable and enjoys engaging in regular friendly conversations.

This role would suit someone who brings strong complex homecare experience, has a warm, engaging and proactive approach with excellent communication skills. You should be confident in working within structured care plans while also bringing positive energy and meaningful engagement into our client’s daily routine.

Clinical skills required include:

• Tracheostomy care
• Ventilation management
• PEG feeding
• Medication administration
• Moving and handling
• Rectal management
• Cough assist
• Personal care
