Affinity Trust are seeking a dedicated support worker in Leicester. You will assist residents across three flats, promote independence, and help with daily tasks while fostering social connections. Training is provided and an enhanced DBS is funded by us.
Applicants should be friendly, confident, and able to engage people with warmth. DBS checks will be completed if offered the role. This position is based on bank shifts at the Leicester site.

Who will I support?
You will support 9 people living in their own flats in Leicester, across three floors (Please note, there is no lift). The people we support are independent and have their own unique interests, like gaming, anime, WWE wrestling, gardening, and Disney.
They enjoy activities at home and going out for shopping or appointments. During your shift, you will help different people, encourage their independence, and build good relationships. We are looking for friendly, confident, and bubbly staff with a good sense of humour who can help make each day enjoyable.
