Job summary

Faculty is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to design and scale the Fellowship learning experience across regions. You will work with the Fellowship team and Head of Talent Development to shape curriculum, mentor tools, and a train-the-trainer model, driving modular learning architecture and high-impact outcomes.

You will partner with Ops, BU Leads and People partners to enable secondments, track progress, and deliver programme quality while supporting strategic capability projects

Qualifications

• Design, pilot, and scale structured learning programmes for technical or early-career talent.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve the Fellowship learning experience across regions and cohorts.
• Build scalable learning architectures and modular content for regional and client needs.
• Collaborate with SMEs, facilitators and ops to translate performance gaps into learning pathways.
• Establish train-the-trainer curricula and delivery standards for consistent quality.
