Job summary

Mondrian Alpha in London is seeking a Global L&D Manager to design and roll out an enterprise-wide learning and development strategy.

Reporting to the Global Head of HR, you will own a global portfolio including L&D, manager training and career development, and you’ll build a capable team while engaging with the C-suite to translate business needs into initiatives.

You will manage external partners and drive continuous improvement across the L&D offerings and infrastructure as the firm grows.

Qualifications

• Experienced L&D professional with strategic planning and learning design capabilities.
• Ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and drive learning initiatives across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the rollout of an enterprise-wide L&D strategy.
• Own a global portfolio of talent development initiatives including L&D, manager training and career development framework.
• Build and lead a team, partnering with the C-suite and HR leads to translate business needs into actionable programmes.
• Manage relationships with external partners delivering content and programmes; drive impact assessment and continuous improvement.
