Job summary

Future is hiring for a Talent Development professional to coordinate group-wide training and apprenticeship programmes. You will manage digital modules, induction processes, and e-learning across the organisation, partnering with Global Talent Development Leads to schedule events and build competency matrices.

You'll collaborate with the Senior ESG Associate to roll out diversity and community programmes, using e-learning platforms and survey tools to ensure seamless delivery.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with global stakeholders and partners.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
• Experience designing digital learning assets or using learning management platforms.
• Familiarity with the Apprenticeship Levy framework in England and managing apprenticeship programmes.
• Collaborative approach to problem solving and learning new skills.
• Ability to evaluate programme data and present findings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, administration, and scheduling of induction, training, and e-learning programmes.
• Support creation of digital, self-paced learning modules and competency matrices.
• Act as primary point of contact for apprentices and managers, supporting their learning needs.
• Oversee Apprenticeship Levy administration in England, monitoring learning provider performance.
• Partner with Senior ESG Associate to design and roll out diversity and community programmes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote development programmes and track success metrics.
