Job summary

Generation UK & Ireland is seeking a diligent, highly organised self-starter to lead FE college business development and build Generation's public sector funding pipeline across the UK. The role combines partnership development with strategic outreach and bid preparation.

You will secure college partnerships, tailor the shared-delivery model, and drive tenders for public funding while coordinating with regional leads and the COO. This is a hybrid role requiring regular travel across regions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or fundraising.
• Experience with FE college sector is strongly desired.
• Proven grant, tender or contract writing and winning.
• Ability to manage two workstreams and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead on FE college partnerships including sourcing, negotiations, and handover to delivery.
• Lead public sector fundraising, bid writing, tenders or contracts across England.
• Represent Generation at events and sector conferences to build profile.
