Job summary

Generation UK&I is seeking a proactive partnership and fundraising lead to secure FE college partners across the UK and to build a robust public sector funding pipeline. You will lead negotiations, tailor propositions, draft bids, and coordinate with the Fundraising & Operations team to maximise opportunities.

• Experience in business development and partnerships with FE colleges is required.
• Proven track record in writing bids or tenders for public sector opportunities.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams.
