Job summary

Generation UK & Ireland is seeking a diligent, highly organised self-starter to lead FE college business development and build the public sector funding pipeline across the North West, West Midlands, and beyond.

In this permanent, hybrid role you will secure new college partnerships, write compelling bids, and manage relationships with college leaders and public sector stakeholders, reporting to the COO.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, partnerships or fundraising.
• Experience writing and winning grant applications, tenders or contracts.
• Experience working with FE colleges or public sector stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead on FE college business development and build Generation's public sector funding pipeline.
• Pitch and negotiate partnerships with FE colleges and secure MOUs/agreements.
• Write bids end-to-end and coordinate joint proposals with college partners.
