Generation UK & Ireland is seeking a diligent, highly organised partnerships professional to lead FE college business development and public sector funding bids across the UK.

You will build relationships with FE college leaders and public sector bodies, craft compelling proposals, manage two workstreams, and deliver signed agreements while enabling delivery teams. The role requires travel across the North West and other regions on a hybrid pattern.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or fundraising.
• Experience in FE college sector is strongly desired.
• Demonstrated success in writing and winning grant applications or tenders.
• Experience negotiating and closing partnership or commercial agreements with external organisations.
• Familiarity with public sector contracts and compliance requirements.
• Ability to model bid economics, track pipeline and targets.

Responsabilités

• Lead on FE college business development and build Generation's public sector funding pipeline and bids.
• Identify prospective FE colleges, present the shared-delivery model, and tailor it to regional needs.
• Negotiate terms through to signed agreements and hand over to delivery teams.
• Build relationships with central government and combined authorities to unlock funding opportunities.
• Write bids end-to-end and coordinate joint proposals with college partners.
• Track pipeline and report on progress against targets.
