City & Guilds is seeking a Business Development Manager to cover the West Midlands. This home-based role requires you to be based in the West Midlands, with a typical week consisting of 4 days with customers and 1 day at home.

The role includes a car allowance and a sales incentive plan, and focuses on growing FE customer accounts. You will win new business, manage key FE accounts, and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders while aiming to achieve strong sales targets and deliver

Qualifications

• BDM/account management experience within FE is essential.
• Track record of delivering against sales targets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Commercial awareness and strong communication skills.
