Job summary

Aviva is seeking an RTA Non Portal Fast-Track Litigation Handler to manage a caseload from instruction through to settlement or litigation. You will investigate liability, assess damages, negotiate with third parties, and support clients throughout every stage of their claim.

You will work within Aviva's DLG Legal Services, delivering fair outcomes, excellent customer experiences, and efficient claim lifecycles in a customer-focused team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience handling non-portal RTA personal injury claims.
• Knowledge of Pre-Action Protocols and CPR.
• Ability to investigate liability and assess damages.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload with accuracy.
