Job summary

YOURS is seeking a data-driven Merchandising Admin Assistant to join our fast-paced head office. You will turn raw sales numbers into inventory decisions, working with Buying and Merchandising to build a balanced range by analysing trends.

This role focuses on inputting orders, creating order codes, and analysing performance to optimise stock. You will support commercial decision-making and ensure timely data for meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience turning raw sales data into actionable inventory decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to work in a team.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Input orders into the central data base as they are raised.
• Set up new order codes and maintain pricing calendars.
• Create ratios for new orders after reviewing sales history.
• Review weekly Line Print and suggest stock movements.
• Assist Flow Line monitoring to prevent stockouts on volume selling styles.
• Prepare data for Range building meetings.
• Monitor critical path and update timelines.
• Enter markdowns and POS promotions on tills and website.
• Ad hoc data collation and analysis.
• Store visits to gather customer feedback.
