FashionUnited Group is seeking a data-driven Merchandising Admin Assistant to join our fast-paced head office team in Peterborough. You will turn raw sales numbers into actionable inventory decisions, collaborating with Buying and Merchandising to balance ranges by analysing sales history and predicting future trends.

The role involves inputting orders, creating new order codes, updating stock movement analysis, and preparing data for Range building meetings to ensure optimal stock levels while

Responsibilities

• Input orders into the central data base as raised.
• Set up new order codes.
• Create ratios for new orders after reviewing sales history.
• Review weekly Line Print for stock movements and reordering.
• Assist with Flow Line monitoring to avoid stockouts on volume selling styles.
• Provide commercial insights from brand performance and competitors.
• Prepare data for Range building meetings.
• Monitor critical paths and update them.
• Input Markdowns and POS promotions on tills and website.
• Ad hoc data collation and analysis.
• Store visits to gather customer feedback.
