Job summary

Office Angels is recruiting for a Merchandising support role in London. You will assist range planning and buying processes by preparing historical sales data and fast-selling information to inform buy meetings, while producing regular sales reports to guide trading decisions.

You will maintain accurate merchandising systems and line cards, manage supplier critical paths and purchase orders, and work with cross-functional teams to optimise stock and product information across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail, or head office environment.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident with data and numbers and strong analytical skills.
• Confident communicator who can build relationships with suppliers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Prepare historical sales, lessons learnt and fast-selling product information for buy meetings.
• Produce daily and weekly sales and trading reports to support decisions.
• Maintain merchandising systems, line cards and Never Out of Stock items with accurate data.
• Manage intake reporting and supplier critical paths, flagging date changes and impacts to launches.
• Raise and track purchase orders and barcodes across the Range Plan and country splits.
• Support markdown activity and manage image assets for multiple channels.
