Larches High School is seeking to recruit a Family Support Worker to join our successful team, providing focused support to families with complex needs. We value resilience, flexibility, effective communication, and relationship-building skills with both adults and young people.
Larches High School is an alternative provision offering full-time education outside mainstream settings. We are inclusive and dedicated to providing opportunities, skills, knowledge, and qualifications to help our pupils succeed. Working hours are full-time, 8:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday, during term time plus one week. The salary quoted is an annual full-time equivalent; if successful, the salary will be paid on a pro-rata basis.
