About the Role

Creative Support is seeking a warm and caring Waking Night Support Worker to join our friendly Extra Care team at Station View, Barrow-in-Furness. The service provides quality care to 31 residents in 41 self-contained flats, supporting individuals aged 55+ with needs including Dementia, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities. Responsibilities include personal care, medication administration, manual handling, and promoting residents' engagement in activities such as movie nights, gardening, and outings.

Responsibilities
  • Provide respectful personal care, medication administration, and help with domestic tasks.
  • Develop trusting relationships with residents to enhance their quality of life.
  • Encourage participation in social activities within and outside the home.
  • Work full-time hours, 22:00-08:00 shifts.
Candidate Requirements

Previous care experience is essential. Excellent communication skills and a passion for person-centered care are required. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds who are eligible to work in the UK.
