We are seeking to appoint Family Support Workers across our Childrens Social Care teams to help us realize our vision for children and their families. As a Family Support Worker, you will collaborate with Social Workers and multi-agency partners to identify children, young people, and families needing additional support. Your role will involve direct work with families, maintaining family connections, supporting care assessments, and helping families navigate their care experiences.
Applicants should have a solid understanding of the challenges facing children and families, a successful partnership working record, and excellent communication skills. Training on the Signs of Safety operational model will be provided.
